SG Bikes
Redesigning Singapore’s #1 bicycle sharing app.
About
SG Bikes is a popular app used by Singaporeans to rent bicycles available island wide. Users pay a monthly subscription in exchange for minutes of bike-time use.
Objectives
We were tasked with solving usability issues of the app that caused massive drop-offs and with improving the overall user experience.
Process
We conducted field studies to observe users on the streets, developed user journey maps, created design mockups, and ran usability tests before handing over to SG Bike's development team to implement designs.

Onboarding
As a first-time bicycle renter, I am able to get an overview on the different bike models available around me, know how to ring and where to unlock a bicycle.

SRX
Designing one of Singapore's top mobile app-based property marketplaces.
About
SRX is a data-driven property marketplace that gives as-accurate-as-possible property valuations and pricing with listings.
Objectives
Introduce a new user story allowing users to connect to SingPass and calculate their overall wealth, including the value of their home.
Design the functionality of the wealth calculator to evaluate home listings.
Design an end-to-end flow where users can apply for home loans via banking connectors.
Process
Conducted user interviews, performed heuristics evaluation of the existing app, ran multiple mapping workshops with stakeholders, developed wireframes, designed mobile app mockups, ran usability tests, performed heuristics evaluation, and worked with SRX's development and branding teams to implement designs and incorporate new brand identity in the visual language of the app.
